Those who will "Never forget".

Those memories of that fateful day will always stay with me; where I was, who I was with and the image of seeing the tower collapse. But for those who lived through it, their life will never be the same. So many were impacted including those who lost loved ones they had yet to form memories with. This is a video from last year but I felt it was very moving and wanted to share it with you. May we keep them in our prayers and do our best to continue to be a light in this world of darkness.

This is probably one of the best children's books I have read and I have used it for story time when I taught children's classes at my church. It is a powerful story with a very important message that is told so well.
This is the short description that explains the premise of what the book is about.

"
When all the colors of the world are stolen, Mooseberry the mouse leads his animal friends in bringing them back, with the special help of Captain Chameleon, who shows them how to fill the forest with love and light."
These little mice learn the importance of sharing, caring, speaking kind words and one other key component that involves bringing back the color of the King.
I would highly recommend buying this book. It is a great tool that helps children understand the importance of being kind and forgiving others when they have done wrong.

I am just an ordinary girl who is loved by an extraordinary God and I seek to love others the same way. I love to bake, read, do puzzles, watch Hallmark movies, and go shopping with my mom!  This blog was created as a place where I could share some thoughts that the Lord has shown me and to be an encouragement to others who desire to know Him in a deeper way. My prayer is to learn to sit still and trust God with my future.

    Never miss a new post!
